Aluminium section fitter wanted in Sarasota County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium section fitter in Sarasota County, Florida. The job is in a glazing and curtain wall company. Day to day you will punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; fabricate and fit aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors. You should have: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
