Urgent requirement: plant operator (Indiana)

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. The job is in an open-cast mine. You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Understanding of safe digging near underground services The role involves: • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
