Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Hartley County, Texas. The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift.
