You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day On the job you will handle: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
