Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
