Natural gas fitter wanted in Ashland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in Ashland County, Ohio. You will work at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray Requirements: • Driving licence for travel between sites • Able to read isometric and site drawings At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
