Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
