Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Stewart County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling We offer $220 per day plus benefits.
