Scaffolding charge hand — Palm Beach County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Palm Beach County, Florida. Your main tasks: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level 2+ years on the tools preferred.
