Immediate opening: powder coating technician (Idaho)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Payette County, Idaho. You will be based in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
