Great opportunity: restaurant steward (Virginia)

Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. You will work at a busy restaurant. You will carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred.
