Prep cook wanted in Orange County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Orange County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Part-time with flexible hours.
