Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in McPherson County, South Dakota. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Confident with standard crane hand signals Day to day you will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; read lift plans and method statements before starting; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
