Urgent requirement: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Fannin County, Georgia. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear You will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings.
