Oven operator • Dallas County, Missouri

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Dallas County, Missouri. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
