Day to day you will straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports 3+ years on the tools preferred.
