Immediate opening: we are hiring a commis chef in Graham County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Overtime paid at a premium rate.
