Kitchen steward wanted in Gwer East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Gwer East, Benue State. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
