Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Sedgwick County, Colorado. The role involves: • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
