Port container crane operator wanted in Durham County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Durham County, North Carolina. You will work at a precast concrete yard. Day to day you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
