Countertop fabricator • Massac County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Massac County, Illinois. You will be based at a marble and granite workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
