Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction mazdoor in Washoe County, Nevada. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it You will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up.
