What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
