Dishwashing attendant wanted in Gloucester County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Gloucester County, Virginia. You will clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts.
