Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
