Join our team: we are hiring an air conditioning service engineer in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a refrigeration and cooling firm. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience You will insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving; braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks; cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
