Fettler wanted in Ritchie County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fettler in Ritchie County, West Virginia. Requirements: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Day-to-day duties: • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience.
