You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
