Immediate opening: we are hiring a retail butcher in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
