Shuttering carpenter • Cumberland County, Illinois

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Cumberland County, Illinois. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. On a typical shift you will erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
