Immediate opening: we are hiring a hoist operator in Poweshiek County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Able to read load charts and lifting plans At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
