Chef de partie wanted in Tulare County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Tulare County, California. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Full-time, day shift. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
