On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
