Electrostatic spray painter • Shelby County, Alabama

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Shelby County, Alabama. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
