Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Johnson County, Georgia. The role involves help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates 4+ years on the tools preferred.
