Immediate opening: we are hiring a car refinisher in Dickinson County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On the job you will handle: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
