We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Yola North, Adamawa State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them.
