Immediate opening: waiter (Anambra State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Nnewi North, Anambra State. You will work at a busy restaurant. The role involves: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
