Restaurant steward — Rio Arriba County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Rio Arriba County, New Mexico. You will work in a coffee shop. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; check back during the meal and handle special requests.
