Back-of-house cleaner — Winkler County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Winkler County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
