Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow.
