Powder coating operator • Schenectady County, New York

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Schenectady County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Full-time with occasional weekends.
