Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Hayes County, Nebraska. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Day-to-day duties: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
