Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Potter County, Pennsylvania. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards You will operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; set up and change stamping dies and tooling; record output and downtime on the production sheet. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,800 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
