Back-of-house cleaner — Union County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Union County, Florida. You will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
