What we are looking for: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Your main tasks: • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
