Vacancy available: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Nuckolls County, Nebraska. You will be based at a civil contractor's yard. The role involves spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts.
