You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand On a typical shift you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying.
