Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Collingsworth County, Texas. The job is in a busy laundry. Your main tasks: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
