You should have: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Day-to-day duties: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
